Wi-Fi bug in @ HTC Smartphones!!

Bad news for HTC Mobiles as well as for the HTC mobile fanatics! Sadly, HTC smartphones have been very defenseless to the attacks from a weird Wi-Fi bug since a couple of months. Apparently, this Wi Fi bug let the applications with a right to entry to Wi Fi related permissions, to be precise “Access_WiFi_State”. This bug accesses the user’s Wi Fi passwords and status.
The Wi-Fi bug appears to be pretty extensive among numerous HTC smartphones, which includes HTC EVO 3D, HTC Desire HD, HTC Droid Incredible, HTC Desire S, and HTC Thunderbolt. However, the silver lining here is that the company has been almost victorious in resolving this problem by rolling out software updates for these smartphones.
But, on a sad note, there hasn’t been any kind information regarding which handsets have already received the updates and which one are still pending. Therefore, HTC Mobiles have officially asked all its users to visit its website, htc.com and check for the updates. To our surprise, there updates had been rolled out way back in September 2011, but according to our reliable resources, HTC Mobiles was actually waiting for the problem to be partially solved, before it made the buzz of the mobile industry.
On the whole, it is good that HTC Mobiles has been successful in fixing this weird Wi-Fi bug, since its smartphones are immensely prominent and famous across the globe. Nikon launched @ Coolpix P510, now with world's longest superzoom

Renowned camera manufacturing company Nikon has launched two new P series cameras in Coolpix brand of phone manufactured by it. These two new variants are codenamed as Nikon Coolpix P510 and Coolpix P310, both of them are considered to be enriched with world’s longest superzoom feature. With 42x, f/3.0-5.9 lens stretching from 24mm to 1000mm, Nikon Coolpix P510 integrated in biggest zoom range founded in any fixed lens camera so far. According to the reports, it is the first camera in world which has crossed the mark of 40x lens to support four figure focal length.
Moving towards the features adorned in Nikon coolpix P510 apart from high defined superzooms, it also supports 10 megapixels followed by CMOS sensor that supports photography at 5fps and 1080p HD video recording supported by instant autofocus with low light image quality. Sony Ericsson @ unveils Xperia Active Billabong Edition

The rugged phone Sony Ericsson Xperia Active now comes with a touch of extreme sports. Sony Ericsson in association with extreme sports clothing brand Billabong, introduced the special Xperia Active Billabong edition smartphones to the market. The strategic combination delivers the same rugged Xperia Active with a redesigned Billabong rear panel. Also, the device comes with customized multimedia content including wallpapers, screensaver, videos, and a special surf game.

There were no hardware level changes made apart from the physical appearance. Sony Ericsson Xperia Active Billabong edition remains same as the standard active with 3-inch Capacitive touchscreen, 1 Ghz processor, and 5 Megapixel camera on the rear side. The device is sturdier towards water for one meter, dust resistant and wet finger tracking.
