Nikon launched @ Coolpix P510, now with world's longest superzoom

Renowned camera manufacturing company Nikon has launched two new P series cameras in Coolpix brand of phone manufactured by it. These two new variants are codenamed as Nikon Coolpix P510 and Coolpix P310, both of them are considered to be enriched with world’s longest superzoom feature. With 42x, f/3.0-5.9 lens stretching from 24mm to 1000mm, Nikon Coolpix P510 integrated in biggest zoom range founded in any fixed lens camera so far. According to the reports, it is the first camera in world which has crossed the mark of 40x lens to support four figure focal length.
Moving towards the features adorned in Nikon coolpix P510 apart from high defined superzooms, it also supports 10 megapixels followed by CMOS sensor that supports photography at 5fps and 1080p HD video recording supported by instant autofocus with low light image quality. Additional features integrated in Coolpix P510 carries 3 inches 921,000-pixel tllting LCD, an electronic viewfinder, full manual control, and on-board GPS.
Moving towards Coolpix P310 includes less zoomy camera, 16 megapixels BSI CMOS sensor, f/1.8 lens. It can also capture the high defined photos even during poor lighting conditions. Additional features adorned integrated in Coolpix P310 include a 3-inch, 921,000-pixel LCD, zoom memory, manual control, and creative filters and effects. In short, it carries the same features as adorned in Canon S100 with minor differences which include smaller sensor, standard control scheme, unfortunately it does not support RAW shoot.
Talking of the strategy of introducing superzoom in camera is concerned it is reported that ongoing year is speculated to witness tremendous move towards superzoom feature but it is really amazing to vouch camera like Nikon Coolpix P510 with wide array of various awesome features assimilated in it. It is also interesting to learn that for the second subsequent year Nikon has been honored with title of introducing longest zoom.
